Up And Coming Truck Drag Racer

My good friend Mark DeWald's 17 year old daughter Jordin, just got her Supercomp license today. Next year she will be driving the '37 pickup that her dad has been building. It's pretty cool to see someone you first saw as a baby, grow up and be successful in drag racing.

I just had to share with guys that can appreciate my excitement

Very cool! A great program and smart way to get track and seat time. I wish there was a program like that when I started in drag racing. Will she also get her Type B license (125" wheel base and under)?

I don't know about the type B license.

She has been racing Jr Dragster for 6 or 7 years, so she's not new to racing, just working her way up.

Re: Up And Coming Truck Drag Racer

These kids coming out of Jr's are tough . Alot of them are leaving top notch dragsters and getting into not so great footbrake cars . Steep learning curve .
