I've seen that one a couple of times lately. Looks pretty good. Definately one of the nicer ones in that price range.

Looks like someone bought it and is flipping it, it was 1800 in Grants Pass a couple of months ago.

Oh, I missed it. I wish there was a dedicated Craigslist thread, so I didn't have to sort through hundreds of pages to find only dead ads.
