My friend bought an 89 buick as his first car for 700 bucks. It had typical rust on the rockers and around the wheel well, so we bought an $8.50 quart of rustoleum satin black, taped it off and sprayed it. Its amazing the difference you can make for under 10 bucks.

did a great job, ive used rustoleum several times but not with a roller, i always thin it with a third of acetone and sprayed it with my primer gun
