Out driven a back road when.....

Went out today on a back road looking for maybe a c10 sitting in a field or barn. I went around a corner and saw this. Tried to find the owner but saw no one. Sorry the pics are not closer but i don't invite myself on anybodys property. If its someone on here let me know.

Re: Out driven a back road when.....

Guy owns a body shop near the trucks and will sell parts or whole trucks. I am trying to buy all of what you see. Some parts are worthless but i see other parts that are worth the trouble. He also has alot of older muscle cars just siting.

Re: Out driven a back road when.....

Man that is awesome!!!!!!! Wish I lived over their by you. Can't find hardly anything over here in my neck of the woods.

To be honest, since I'm still young and all (19) I dream that someday I can have enough property to have that many older trucks and cars just sitting around so people like yourself will drive around the corner and see it all and just want to look at all and buy some of it for there projects. I've told many, many people that dream.

Anywho, that is sweet and good luck with it all or some of it if you buy some parts.

A guy here locally had few of those cars for parts - I'll try to ctach up with him this weekend and see if he's still got them. He has a pretty nice '68 Skylark with tons of good parts and a '69 GS body a while back. He's got a rough '67 GS also, but it still has the 400 in it. I bought the tilt column out it not long ago.

Star Wars, that's funny. Star Wars hadn't even come out yet when those cars were built. It's funny all the terms people come up with through the years.

Hey Purple,I'm glad you were driven by some force to be driving down that road. If you strike a deal and don't need that '67 bedside pictured, you've got a new friend .
