WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
I'm looking for a "real nice" set of four HIGHLANDER wheel covers like the one pictured below for my restored truck.
No scratches or dents please. Last edited by Steve Hafner; 08-23-2011 at 03:57 PM. |

Steve,
Here are some listed on Ebay. These aren't mine, but thought you may be interested. Thanks, Ray http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1972-...item35b46f498c

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
Thanks, Ray - They look like they have a few more dents then what I'm looking for. I'm probably going to have to buy two sets and make four out of eight !!!

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
Could you buy a set in fair/decent shape and have them restored? I've had stainless and aluminum trim molding restored to new condition in the past. Just a thought if you can't locate a set nice enough

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
I was thinking I might have to do just that !!! I'll have to search around my area and see if I can find somebody who can do it. I just didn't want to spend a lot of money before I decide if I even LIKE the way they look on my truck !!! Maybe I'll just get a set that has one or two "Bad" ones and if I like them, I'll only have to find one or two more.

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
Steve,
I don't know anybody personally that would have them, they are pretty rare. Did you try Hubcap Heaven by chance? Ray

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
Did you email the ebay guy? I only see two with dings, there may be four really nice ones there. I think that guy may have been a board member at one time.

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
There are three sets on eBay at the moment - I didn't email the one that has six in the set. I did email one of the other ones and that guy said that they were pretty good - just a couple of small dents on the edge ( I'll probably ad more then that when I put them on mine !!! ) I'll send an email to the one with six and see what he says. I just can't believe that nobody on here has any to get rid of. When I did a search on the site, there were quite a few in the "past".

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
I decided to buy this set of four from eBay - there might not be four "good" ones though.
Once they arrive, I'll see how good they are and I'll keep this post going if I need a couple more. Thanks guys, for all your help !!! . . . . . |

Re: WTB - HIGHLANDER Wheel Covers
My 72 monte carlo had these hubcaps on it, so there is another outlet for your searches.
