plating fasteners, bolts, etc.
I've got my frame torn down for blasting and paint.
I'm cleaning, and mostly blasting all the clips and nuts/bolts/washers for the entire truck. (Yeah, there's a lot of them all bagged and tagged.) I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the small plating kits. Casswell and a few others have either black oxide, or a zinc/cadmium package that aren't priced totally out of line. Also, I'd like not to buy multiple kits, so its kind of either all fasteners get black or all zinc/cad. What are your thoughts or insights? Thanks, Keith Posted via Mobile Device
