I am looking for a suburban tail light tub. Not the housing where the bulb is but the surround that is usually tack welded behind it.

Looking for drivers side if there is a difference, or both if someone has a pair and does not want to part. Decent is ok.

give these guys a shout there local out here and they carry alot of burb parts. I bought a new drivers side tub from them. http://www.dreamershotrods.com/

I will call but it looks like what they have is the corner panel. What I am needing is the maybe 8" x 4" inch tub that is spot welded onto the back of that. The part with the bulb then screws onto the "tub" that I am after. The left corner had been smashed and that part was going to be too hard to save.

A couple of pics. The first one shows the driver side rear corner with the "tub" placed in by hand. The second is the right side where the "tub" in in place (spot welded on the upper and lower tab" and the bulb/lens holder has been screwed in.

Hey Adam, i think he meant the part that that bolts to. The piece thats actually spot welded into the body

Budnikguy,

I did mean the part behind this part. It is part of the body as it is spot welded to small tabs on the sheet metal panel itself. Could be cut out if the corner was not otherwise usable. I can fix some bends or breaks. The piece does not come with aftermarket panel pieces. My pic is a little unclear as I look back at it. There would be "u" nuts on the two holes shown in the first picture.
