New exhaust and lowering

Hey guys, I'm going to install a new exhaust system (I have nothing from the manifolds back right now), but I also want to lower my truck.
Do I need to lower it first?

Re: New exhaust and lowering

Depends how low is low for you. some think low is two inches. if thats the case, No you dont have to lower your truck first to add new exhaust system.
BUT. If low to you means layin on your frame, you might want to lower it first so you run your new exhaust system to where it wont be on the ground..
when is comes to posts here ,Easier to answer with more Imfo.

Re: New exhaust and lowering

I would lower it first. I find that if one of your options requires you to not drive your truck for a while. Especially when you really want to. That is probably the wiser option.

Re: New exhaust and lowering

Thanks for the feedback guys.
I'm thinking 4" in the front and 6" in the back.
