Exclamation Steering Column

I bought this 33" steering column from Ebay, has any one used them before, how do you connect the neutral switch, do you have to add one to the tranny, I am doing a 5.3 swap with the 4L60E tranny.

Thanks

Re: Steering Column

I'm not sure about a Neutral Safety Switch when using a 4L60E trans but here's how it's done for a Power Glide, Turbo 350 & 400.

A very good write up by Solver:

And my lazy man way of doing it using Solver's measurements:

Your column definately doesn't have a provision for a Neutral Safety Switch, but again I'm not sure if a 4L60E trans uses a standard type Neutral Safety Switch or not. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will chime in here.
