Cheap body tool @ Big 5 Sports
$1.99 for a 3lb. dumbell. Some 36 grit (and down from there) got a somewhat usable dolly. Now its probably soft and has the 3# mark that I will have to be careful with. (work or not it was fun)

back when i used to do alot of body fab work two of my favorite well used tools in the shop were a bowling ball and a box bowling pins
