Rear view mirror mystery

I thought I had an original rear view mirror until I started paying attention to other peoples mirrors.
Where do you all think it came from?

You can see its narrow as well, only the width of a page of paper
you can also see where someone bondo'd over some holes from something much bigger, I think a cb radio, I removed a cb antennae from the roof

Re: Rear view mirror mystery

I thought it might be out of an older truck.
Thanks!
I'm going to keep it but, I have to fix that ugly bondo work, looks like they sanded it with a rock.
