Pro-street look

I like the pro-street look and would like to see some pictures and spec's especially tire size and backspacing of rims. Thanks

Ragen,

Thanks, but I personally was looking for something from the 67-72 era....and more specifically as butter mentioned some wheel dimensions....though never disappointed to see your ride!

Miket

I guess we just have to keep trying and before long I know somebody will come though for us. The only thing I have seen is using the search function and found someone I think it was (SCOTI) said he used 15X14with 7.5bs and was running a 31x18.5 tire. It would be nice to see some pictures from some members. Thanks

This truck belongs to a board member but I think he has decided not to go the pro-street route for his truck. His board name used to be something like "prost68trk" if I remember correctly. You might do a search and see if you come up with something on him. Or better yet, here is his web site http://www.prost68trk.freeservers.com/

Yep, that's Bretts truck. He changed his name to "smooth68". He sold the prostreet chassis when he decided to build something a little more practical.

I don't mind tubbing it, I just don't think it would look right on a longbed. The first thing I would do is front and rear roll pans to give a shorter illusion. Mike, We gotta keep this post going until somebody has a nice longbed pic!

We have a longbed pro-street in Suffolk Va, it looks awsome! It has a big block with a tunnel ram and 2 double pumpers.

Don't remind me....Yep thats the truck, but hey I only sold the frame. Still have all the running gear and body. I may still put a little meat under the new stock frame... When I get a GOOD one.

Brett- I hear ya, I was going to order my new rims today but they didn't have the backspacing that I wanted to get the wheel inside the fenders. I guess I'll have to use Summit Racing, they always seem to have everything I need.

Brad- nice truck! I really like the other one though. (k, I'm finished rubbing it in)
