I noticed today in the rain that when approching a stop sign, my right rear wheel is locking up. What gives? Any ideas?

Wheel clyd. or grease seal leaking getting on brake shoes.

Is this a big deal or an expensive fix? I don't have space, tools or knowledge to do it myself.

Not a big deal and a cheap fix depending on where you go.
