Looks good. What did you use for the chrome?

Re: Got my instrument bezel painted

I just got a new bezel and used masking tape to protect the chrome when I painted.

Maybe there is too much reflection in the picture, so I can't tell, but did you paint it black or some other color/shade??

It looks black, but trying to figure out why you would paint a brand new bezel unless you were changing color?

Looks like you did a good job masking.

Re: Got my instrument bezel painted

Ya what he said! I painted it fairly close to a sandalwood brown. The masking was REALLY hard to do around the gauges!!!! But all the hard work pays off, now I just have to put it on!!!!

Re: Got my instrument bezel painted

That came out great! Your masking jib was excellent. I have an OEM bezel that's re-plated that I want to do this with. It has no paint at all right now.
