Yes, but not the GM factory. What likely happened is GM built a cab and chassis, the camper company bought said cab and chassis and added the camper. Then it was sold to a camper dealer or to the lucky new owner.

that looks like an Open Road camper and the party patio has been removed. to me that is the best part.
