LMC Truck Good Shipper

I ordered up some parts from LMC Truck and when they showed up my upper grille molding was smashed.
They had me send them a picture of the package and the part and I got this in the mail today.
Remember this is one upper grille molding costing less than $20.The box picture is bad as it doesn't show how big the box actually is.It can easily hold 4 radiator supports with no trouble at all and the blue recycling bin was completely empty before I dumped the packaging foam into it.

Re: LMC Truck Good Shipper

This is the second box.
The original box had windshield and rear window rubber gaskets a bed bolt kit two grille moldings and various other parts and not a single piece of packing foam.

I ordered a dash cover, it had a scratch on it. They told me the same thing, to email a pic. I told them I didn't have a camera, but they went ahead and sent me a new one, plus let me keep the old one. They do have good customer service, and you don't really have to complain too much.

Re: LMC Truck Good Shipper

WHen I was building my truck I had ordered their tailgate protector to go along with the bed rail caps in diamond plate aluminum. Well its a peel and stick job which I did install correctly within a week it blew off . I went back around to retrieve it but by that time it had been run over and was flat.. I called them and sent them a picture and they credited my account and gave me a new one this one I glued and screwed lol
