Thumbs Up To Krylon

I had a problem with a few cans of Krylon Rust Tough brand semi-flat black. It took days to dry. I e-mailed Krylon and told them what happened. They were really cool about it. Today, a case of six cans showed up on my doorstep. They did'nt ask for a copy of a receipt or anything. They just wanted the batch number and the name of the store where I bought it. I've always had good luck with Krylon. I wasn't expecting a replacement, just wanted to let them know I had a problem. That's great customer service in my opinion...

Hey Shawn. I gave it two days then cleaned it off with lacquer thinner. They replaced it with the regular semi gloss black. Not the rust tough line. I don't trust it now. I buy tens of thousands of cans of the rust tough grey for gas meters at work and we have never had a problem with it. Maybe they have a problem to work out on the semi gloss black. I'll talk to ya soon. I am off work until March 04. Take Care, Greg

huh you can do that? I usually just go mad, cleaned the other paint off and bought a new can, I'll keep that in mind for next time
