I think someone was looking for pics of this setup? I saw it this weekend at GG's in Scottsdale AZ and took a few pics.

It's a GM 6.0, so it's LS based. Those are just covers made to go over the valve cover and hide the coil packs.

Glen- That was me wanting to know more about the truck. Brad2 posted the pic he had found showing it was a Scott's front end. I have looked at their stuff already, and passed on it. It looks like I am going with a Progressive Auto front end instead.

Thanks for the pics though. I really enjoy event coverage, and your site is a treat in itself....

Another resource you might check out is Industrial Chassis here in Phoenix. Steve really knows suspension geometry and makes a nice product for a truck. I think the MII platform most of those companies are basing their stuff off is too light weight.

IC uses the Dakota parts and fabs their own crossmembers.

We looked at a lot of the MII style front ends. We decided against them because of looks and bumpsteer. The Progressive unit uses C-4 components, and a T-bird rack. Here's a couple of pics below. This shows it set up for coil overs. I'll be using ART Shovkwaves.

Could you please give me a link to where I can find more info on the C4 suspension. Is it from Progressive Automotive? I didn't see any "kits" for 67-72.
