There is only one way to fix this mess, with 5 gallons of gasoline and a match ..

It's a low profile soft lid with the lift up frame. Not sure of the brand, it was there when I bought it.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

A custom seat, Door panels were covered in black vinyl over the original green. I'm goim
ng to try to clean them up or maybe go with white to match the seat. ll depends on the condition of the panel underneath.

Some people call it Indian Bronze, the color chip sheet calls it Auburn Metallic. Looks like root beer.

Sorry for the late reply. Haven't been on in a while.

Thanks! It came out to about 4.5/5. It's a flip kit rear with shock relocators, 2.5 spindles, one coil cut and that's it. More details in my build thread link.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

I can officially post up in this thread! I've saved tons of pictures in this thread for inspiration for my next build. I just bought this truck. It's a 1978 Chevy Big Ten, completely stock. 454 motor, th400, posi rear. Plans are a 5-7 in drop, Boss wheels and hopefully a long, grueling, fun restore.

Do you mean the inside firewall insulation? I think classicindustries has it the cheapest but I'm not sure, should be around 80 bucks.

15" / 265-75-15. LOL I think these are the original tires that came on the truck from the dealers lot.
