front inner fenderwells with airbags...

Gonna be installing air ride on my truck. Motor/tranny are coming out first, im gonna paint the engine compartment /firewall. Since im gonna be in there I was debating if I should just remove the inner fenderwells while im in there. From the looks of things it looks as though the stock fenderwells wouldnt allow the truck to go all the way down with bags or be driven really low. Are they pretty easy to remove??
Im guessing I may have to widen and add some height to the rear fenderwells in the bed too.

Hills rod and customs has them for the front and rear. Look in the suspension market place.

It depends on the tire size.

How low do you want to go?What size tire?If you want to go low or lay frame or if you're gonna run 20's you probably need to take them out.If the truck hasn't been redone, the pass side inner probably needs to be replaced and maybe the core support repaired/replaced for structural strength.

Re: front inner fenderwells with airbags...

Got the inner fenderwells removed today. Im still on the fence what wheel/tire size ill run so I figured just will run no inners for the time being. That way it wont matter.
Im planning on it being as low as I can go.
