A/C wire question

The PO of my truck disconected the ac compressor removing the belt and removing the control wire from the connector at the compressor. Where would this wire come through the firewall and what color should it be? I've searched all the wiring diagrams I could find for this truck but none of them show the A/C control wiring.

Let me know if you need a more detailed view. I got this from my '75 wiring manual, should be pretty much the same.

Re: A/C wire question

Dark green. Would be in the a/c wiring harness with a single wire plug close to the firewall. Then a single wire to the compressor with a connector at compressor with a short black wire to ground.
