Tailgate trim

I had a post for the debt in my tailgate. But now I'm needing ideas how to put the chrome letters back on the tailgate trim. I was thinking small screws but I don't know if the pop metal that there made from will hold a screw where the piece came threw the trim piece.

Re: Tailgate trim

I used 3M weatherstrip adhesive, just used a small drop on each hole.

Re: Tailgate trim

Clear silicone will also work well.
