Turn signals don't work

I did a lot of googling but couldn't find info on this particular issue. My turn signals don't work but my hazards do. The only 12v supply I get over the 8 steering column wires is on the black horn wire. I did do a painless harness about four years ago but I think the wire colors are similar. My brake lights and headlights all work. I tore the turn signal switch apart and I would think that either the brown wire or the white wire would power the switches. What wires should power the switches? I just put in a new turn signal switch about a year ago.

Re: Turn signals don't work

This should help:

Black in, is horn power
Purple in, is power from the turn signal flasher relay
Black/White in, is power from the stop lamp switch
Brown in, is power from the hazard flasher relay

All grounds are made after the lamp elements
Turn indicators in dash are powered off the front turn lamps

Left turn:
Purple in to switch goes to Black/yellow out (left brake/turn lamp)
Purple in to switch goes to Black/Blue out (left front turn lamp)
Black/White in to switch goes to Green out (right brake/turn lamp)

Right turn:
Purple in to switch goes to Green out (right brake/turn lamp)
Purple in to switch goes to Blue out (right front turn lamp)
Black/White in to switch goes to Black Yellow out (left brake/turn lamp)

No turn:
Black/White in to switch goes to Black/Yellow out (left brake/turn lamp)
Black/White in to switch goes to Green out (right brake/turn lamp)

Re: Turn signals don't work

Its more then likely the fuse or flasher. The turn signal flasher is separate from the 4 way.

Re: Turn signals don't work

It was the flasher, the flasher was only used for about 100 miles so I didn't think of that.
