Re: Another Craigslist Truck

Canadian? It's listed as a GMC and has a GMC dash, but what is a 366 (unless the V6 has been replaced as well as the front clip)?

Re: Another Craigslist Truck

I would venture a guess front clip changed which inspired the fabulous flame job.

366 cid big block, most likely from a large(C50 and up) farm truck/dump truck, etc. Most of those are low compression, but are torque motors. Can easily be brought up to a 402 or 427 cid. If I am incorrect, I apologize.

Re: Another Craigslist Truck

The 366 was used in the late 60's for the big rigs for example a dump truck. If that is a 366 someone definetly put that in. Funney that it has a 63 chevy grill built in. I wonder if it isn't a 327, but he said its bored so he must know the cubic inches of it. Especially since he has listed some bought parts for it.

Re: Another Craigslist Truck

The 366 was used all the way into the 80's My grandpa bought a mid 80's Rider Moving GMC truck and it had a 366 with a 5 speed granny.

Re: Another Craigslist Truck

A 63 chevy hood & grill must of been the only ones he could find and figured no one would ever notice the difference. I'm really amazed at the well thought out ghost flames though..Vernski
