It's a typo IMO

Bears all signs of a '68 and all the documentation he has says '68 if you look at that picture.

I'm willing to bet it's a 50th.

Sounds like a pretty nice truck... if I had money, and he didn't want so much, I'd be extremely tempted to go for it, especially given its location...

I thought it was fairly nice until I got to the areas of what's wrong with it... doesn't sound to me like a 5 grand truck, but who knows... hard to say without seeing it in person.

EDIT: he also says "clear title" but later it sounds like he doesn't have a title as he mentions how in GA they aren't neccessary... I don't know how other states feel about that line if you are out of state and buy it.

Interesting, it has 70/71 door panels.
The rest of the int is not 50th stuff. The seat & dash pad are not correct, and the gold doesn't look gold enough.
I say no it is not a 50th.

Obviously the seat has been changed, but what seat hasn't been changed in one of these trucks. Same goes for the door panels. What is wrong with the dash pad? Sure looks like a gold dash pad to me. As for the color not being gold enough, how can you tell from pictures.

The telling tale is the guy is not even advertising it as a 50th. I would bet that it is a 50th.
