Grille Repair
I used epoxy and narrow strips of thin aluminum sheet to patch together broken corners and other sections of my grille. I still have the lower left corner unsecured because I could not find the missing mounting tab. I will probably have to install some kind of big c clip from the backside to keep that side in place.

Ive used short strand glass and epoxy with some body filler to fix some myself.

Tried some ABS cement to replace a missing piece of plastic. You don't get the 30 second death grip the way you would with a pipe joint, but if you let the pieces set for 15 minutes or more you do seem to get a strong repair. Just need to sand it and paint now.
Not the best pictures but gives you the overall idea.
