How to mount a divorced t-case

I posted this in the 4x4 forum, but you guys seem to answer more often. This is for my 72 k20 project.

I have a Dodge, divorced 205 that I am getting ready to build mounts for. It seems to have only 4 bolt holes. Anyone have any pics of a divorced case mounting?

I could use some suggestions on rubber and hardware.

Why a Dodge case? It has 32 spline yokes on all 3 shafts. I am using a 1250 joint on the input and 1410 joints on the outputs. This allows me to upgrade to a different trany someday as I really want to go to a 5 speed.

Thanks in advance.
