The hooks are laying in the driveway and the bolts in a bucket.
I attacked the rivets w/ the air chisel. They laughed. I'll have to use a cutoff on them, then the air chisel or get out the torch. Either way, labor is the problem . I shipped some hinges today and they were $22 UPS ground. I'd guess the hooks, etc. will be lighter, but same size box so call it $20 shipping. We're back to $50+$20 |

I've never parted a truck before so I have to apologize for possibly poor pricing and ignorance of shipping. Sorry. I wanted to keep the front diff, but the truck rolls so much better with it, I sold it and what remains to someone who plans to convert his square to 3/4 ton. On the bright side, I got all the clutch parts (from foot to crank), NP205, iron tailhousing for the NV4500, etc. and made a fair bit of money for a bit of sweat. Not too bad... |
