I think it can be. There are some tabs that are bent over, should be able to straighten them, replace the blue insert, and bend them back over. I think... Thanks, Fred.

Bill, be careful when bending those tabs. That is pot metal and will break easily, especially if it's 40+ years old...

Sure does(and I lost a tab), but I have plenty of tabs left, the transplant was a success!
GM overbuilt it and that is a good thing.
