Sway Bars for the 4x4 Jimmy/Blazer...??

Hi Everyone,

I have been looking online for quite a while now and can't seem to find any large aftermarket sway bars designed for the 4x4 versions..? If I do find one, then it's only 7/8" thick.. I am looking for a beefier bar maybe 1 1/4" or so in that area for both the front and rear... since I will be towing things later on with it.. Any suggestions or site with pics would be greatly appreciated.. Have a great day.. !! PS I have a Dana 44 front and 12 bolt rear w/a 4 inch lift if that helps..

See Krazyray I believe the blazer didn't come with a sway bar. I bought a bar from him with the cross-over piece . The cross over piece has the u-staps mounting plates. Some guys have made the plates them selves to bring the bar down to the height(4inch lift) Do a search good luck

Re: Sway Bars for the 4x4 Jimmy/Blazer...??

I have both sway bars. The front one comes with the later factory crossmember that replaces your 72 and all of the mounting hardware. You will need some grade 8 bolts and rubber bushings and I believe you will need to add 1" shims to your crossmember to go with the 4" lift. The front is $115 total including shipping to socal. The rear bar comes from a 1 ton dually with mounting hardware. You will need longer u bolts, washers, nuts, and bubber bushings. The rear is $150 total including shipping to socal. PM me with your email so I can send pics.
Thanks,
Ray

Thanks 3003 silverado!
