To take the doghouse off you need to unbolt the rad core support from the frame. Remove the cowl. unbolt the fenders from the cab top and underneath. Remove the piece of the wheel well on the d/s that goes around the steering column. disconnect the wiring. Then two guys can lift the assembly off. Suddenly I can't remember if you have to remove the wheel wells or not. It is heavy but not unmanagable for two people, a couple more don't hurt.
I'm sure I am missing something but it seems apparent when you are doing it what else must come off. You will also need ice, band aids, and cold beer.

Don't forget to cut the rad hoses and unbolt the tranny cooler lines. Take out the batery for the redused weight, besides, who ever is on that side would hate to get acid on there pants when they slip and drop there side on the ground.
The flip isn't very heavy...I rolled one off myself and caused no damage to it at all. (In the snow of course) |

you will also have to remove 2 bolts 1 in each inner fender well towards back that bolt fenderwell to cab.and if front bumper still on you lower valance might catch on it.mounted to bottom of rad support.
