Rear bagged 4 link setup
I'm trying to decide how to set up my rear on my 64 gmc I ordered Porterbuilt for the front can't wait till it gets here but wanting to fab something on rear its factory leaf spring so I'm thinking a bag on bar setup on the outside of the frame and a wishbone or triangulated inside the frame and a raised bed floor just seeing what everybody else is running or thinks of the idea thanks for all the help

Re: Rear bagged 4 link setup
Did you ask David and Nate at PorterBuilt? Ride Tech has a bar set up. NO LIMIT. Airbagit.com
You might be able to swap over to trailing arms. Check in with PorterBuilt, I just droped in their tubular rear bars today. Posted via Mobile Device

I think the majority of us have trailing arm setup, maybe why there's not a lot of help. But if your leaf setup is the same as the 80's rigs you have done and you were happy, I'd say go that route. I would go with a triangulated four link if it was me. Full movement and no pan hard bar. |
