I'm on the fence with the side trim. If it was me I'd do the top and let it marinade (prolly what you were going to do). I just feel the side trim screams for all the other bright work. Could be wrong,and that's why I'd want to look and ponder a while on that. I'm sure the truck would look absolutely stunning with all the chrome and that black!

In a lot of ways I agree with Special-K's posts on this. The white (ivory) roof would look great and tie in the white highlights already there.

The trim would add something, but like Tim said it works better with a chrome dress out.

Problem here is that the best effect of full chrome against black would be with a black roof and not a white two-tone.

Between the choices I'd prefer the look it has now as in black roof white trim ( with the original springs :-) ) or a full chrome trim and bodyside molding without a white roof.
