Well, Im back at it again! New Truck. Budget build time?!
Havent been on here in awhile, alot has changed. I traded my '86 for a 2002 Chevy Tahoe that was dropped 3/5 on 24s with 120k on it. I needed a more reliable daily driver. I missed my truck but didnt really regret it, I popped on craigslist about a week ago and saw this..
A 1979 C10 with a 91 suburban front clip, Great running 327 out of a 68 impala with a th400 tranny. They shaved the mirrors, and door locks. The wheels are 15x8 and 15x10 rallys, Recently painted and rust free. Needs a few things here and there and a better interior but i picked it up for $2800. I have no intentions on spendy the amount of money I did on my 86, on this. I plan to get most everything off ebay. Should be fun, Im just happy to have a c10 again! And heres the Tahoe I traded for

Looks like the frame horns needs to be trimmed for the newer bumper.
Otherwise looks good. Posted via Mobile Device

Just a 4/6 drop, 18s or 20s, replace bumpers, exhaust, light window tint, a small stereo, bed liner, all new lights, and all new interior with sound deadner. Thats about it really, cant go crazy right now.
