My cousin and I will be visiting Florida (staying in Orlando) 27th Nov-3rd December. We are going to the Turkey Run, ecklers, don garlitts museum but can anyone recommend any where worth a visit truck/hot rod related any meets or anywhere just plain cool???. Done the main theme parks many years ago....

Too bad your not going to be here for the Street Rod Nationals this weekend in Tampa, a few of us members are meeting up there. Otherwise sounds like you have a pretty good plan. Your going to love Garlits museum, you could spend all day there. The weather is beautiful right now too.

The Street Rod Nats are at the Tampa Fairgrounds this Friday, Sat & Sun.

also in old town orlando on friday and saturday night they have a local cruise, i want to say friday is newer to 70's cars and saturday is the older stuff, correct me if i'm wrong reno, it's a big turn out

I used to love the old town cruise, last went there over 10 years ago... Cool that it's still going, that's definitely on the calendar.
