Which clamps to use?

I need advice on what kind of clamps to use on hose to connect a fuel cell outlet to fill pipe--hose approximately 18" with a 1.5" i.d. [Both the tank neck and fill pipe are smooth, no ripples/flares.] It is hose made specifically for gasoline tanks, sold by Oreilly's--about $50+/- cost, so should be good!

The hose is NOT a clear silicone type like sold at Lowes; it looks more like a black rubber/neoprene composition; and we selected their smooth outside type--not the convoluted-on-the-outside, as we need next to zero bend.

Clamps I've seen vary from common "finned"-band screw type, 2-ring-wire band, 2 narrow flat bands, 1 solid flat band(suggested for silicone hose?), maybe among others.

What clamps would be best?
