water in the cab

Just installed new carpet in my truck the other day. It has been snowing and raining both here latley. Got in the truck yesterday and noticed a big wet spot on the drivers side carpet.(window was not down for the cat either). Is there a seal in the upper part of the cowl or something that goes bad? Very dicouraging to come out and see my new carpet soaking.

How's the seal on the windsheild? Mine leaks on the passenger side because I have some rust underneath the rubber seal.

How are your drip rails? If there's any rust-through at all in or around your drip rails, the water will go inside and run down the windshield pillars.

It does not seem bad. I guess i will have to out and look. I am going to by a new windshield here shortly becuase mine is starting to get milky at the bottom. Matbe with a new seal that will take care of the problem. thanks
