Not a '71='72. But 5 lug converted with a 72 rear axle so mechanics are the same. What is relevant is it's a leaf spring truck. I really need to take some more pictures...

Early Classic disc conversion with 2 1/2" spindles and 2" springs. DJM flip kit in the rear. Stock length front shocks all the way around. Used front hardware to move rear pivot to the second more upright hole in the factory mount. Cal-Trac bars because it was apart. I pulled the over loads because they were hitting the bars. My truck had factory HD leafs. (4 leaf plus overload instead of 3 plus overload)

4.5"/7" drop. Front tires are 235 55 17 on 17x8 with 4.5" bs. Rears are 275 55 17 on 17x9 with 5" bs.

This is actually the set up I want to go with (only difference being the gunmetal gray wheels) but I am leaning towards 255/45r18 for two reasons 1) I am having a really tough time finding your size tire, 2) I wasn't sure if that extra inch diameter would fit under my truck.

Do you mind me asking where you got your set up? And I'm not sure the drop on my truck, but do you think they would fit? I have 215/70r15 on the fronts right now for comparison.
