Removing Fenders, tough job?
i need to remove my front fenders to repaint them. how do you do it, and is it fairly complicated?

I really don't think it's all that difficult. You start by removing the windshield wipers, then remove the cowl, then remove all the fender bolts and it should come right off. Be care if there are spacers under any of the bolts that you make a note how many where there and which bolt hole they were on. Put the fender back the EXACT same way and it should line up just fine. Hope that helps.

It's easier to do than explain.
 I can give you this advice though, it's easier to remove to entire front clip all in one piece.

Um....
If you want everything to line back up once it's painted drill 1/8" holes in the hood hinge into the hood and in the fenders by the bolts into the cab. Mark where any of the body shims were removed from. I guess it would be hard if the bolt's were sized or if you were totally Wasted. Good Luck.
