Heading home
Tomorrow I head from wa to mo after 8 years in the army as a grunt. I'll be in my green 71 gmc long bed. I'll have my Harley in the back. I'll try to take pics as I travel. Would like to run into others on my way so if u see me give me a honk or a flash. We'll talk to everyone later!

Re: Heading home
its a good feeling to finally be free of the military obligation. Enjoy your ride home. My wife and 2 kids celebrate my last day in the Army now every year.. But make sure you enroll at the VA as soon as possible because you are entitled to 5 years of health care for free through them. in the real world there are no more 'sick call' slips.
take lots of pics on your journey home, enjoy the moment. thanks for your service and welcome home Soldier

Thank you for all you have done. We owe more than we could imagine to our men and women of the military. Enjoy your trip and take pictures! The only one you'll regret is the one you don't take
