The holes all look to be welded & then filled, whoever did the work knew what they were doing.

How were these taken off? spot welds drilled out, cut, or ?

The bed sides are still available & more pics available, most of the bolts were unscrewed, a few were torched off, the spot welds at the rear were torched off.
