Ordered Coys, no invoice
Hey guys, I ordered my wheels on Monday (12/16) and haven't received an invoice yet. Called them yesterday and said they lost my email address and would send it that day... Nothing yet.
Maybe it's a little premature that I start worrying right now, but I just gave them some good coin, with no proof yet and of course I've hear stories about their "customer service." I ask this, to anyone who has ordered from them, how long did it take to get an invoice?

All the horror stories is why I stayed away from them. Great looking wheel though.

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
I hear you... I knew the risks involved going in, so we'll see how it goes. They did say 7-10 days I should have them, and they aren't C5s either, so maybe it will go smoothly... Other than this invoice deal.

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
hmmmmm.... I hate it when someone says they lost my email. I use to help with a non profit organization and we would litterally get 100's of emails daily asking this or that. And anytime we didnt get back to someone in a timely manner and they contacted us again the standard response was that we lost or missplaced their email.
I always hated saying that, and never understood why we didnt just tell the truth and tell the individual what our work load was like and that their email slipped through. Anyway... Normally when I hear a company say they lost my email that means they are making excuses for other issues going on. Hopefully everything works out, but I wouldnt be surprised if this is the beginning of your headaches. I hope Im wrong

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
if you sent them a check your bank would able able to know if it was cashed/deposited...evidence.
if you paid by credit/debit card it would show on the statement...evidence. if you paid cash...well, you should have picked them up in person. basically, unless you paid cash you should have some record on them taking your money with nothing in return, so I would think legally you would a leg or two to stand on. Good luck and I hope it doesn't come to that.

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
I used my credit card, so no issue there... I'm not too worried, but I'd like to know how soon others received their invoice.

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
I'd only be worried about getting the wheels. I've dealt with them quite a few times and though they might be a bit flaky from time to time they're not dishonest people and will get you what you bought

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
Alright guys... Wheels are scheduled to be delivered today. And I also got my invoice. We'll see when they show up if they are the correct backspace.

Re: Ordered Coys, no invoice
Glad you got an invoice.... but my inner self gets very suspicious when I hear that old stand by, "we lost your emaill address". All scams start with the first excuse, "we lost your email/phone/mailing address", followed by "we will check on that and get right back to you".
I hope it works out for you and that you get the wheels you want.

There have been several threads on here regarding horrible customer service. So a "lost" email doesn't surprise me. Too bad, they make some really nice wheels.
