Another traction ?

Can too much air pressure in the rear tires cause axle hop? I have been noticing this lately. My 255/60/15's have a max of 44 PSI and I am running about 34 PSI in them. Only does it in hard acceleration when the tires break loose.

it may cause the tires to spin easier, which may in turn cause wheel hop, but more air causing wheel hop directly i dont think so.

you need some traction bars, someone may correct me if i'm wrong but i think the wheel hop is caused by the springs winding up and unwinding and repeating that action while your tires are spinning?
