How to remove P/S pulley?
Hey guys I am trying to remove my p/s pulley from my pump. I removed the thin nut that is on the shaft. It looks like there is a key on the shaft that also is in the pulley. Do I have to use a puller to get it off? I was afraid of bending it. Thanks....Lumpy

You will have to use a power steering pully puller. The pullies on the power steering pumps pressed on hard. I have tried to remove many pullies with regular pullers but have ruined a lot of pullies. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Thanks Wes,
Now is there any trick to putting it on the new pump? Do I just put it on then tighten down the nut with an impact gun? Thanks again
