Firewall hole labels?

Awhile back I found a pick of a firewall with labels for each hole? I cannot find it now and have been searching the site. Does anyone have this?

There is a similar photo with the taxh hole somwhere on here. It is a 3/4" hike halfway between the square fuse box holes and the ebrake cable hole.
