Thank you, I looked up his sight shortly after I joined the forum. Beautiful workmanship. Torn between the factory bench or something else, but definitely going with the Plaid.

I like the simple look of your speakers in the back. Did you do the panels yourself?

Re: Show some pic's of your interior

Here are a few, seats are from a 2011 Escalade(2nd row buckets and 3rd row bench with 3 built in 3 point seat belts , with perforated black leather. The rear seats are installed with the same brackets as you'd find in the GM's, so they flip and fold and can be removed entirely very easily.

Re: Show some pic's of your interior

No, factory seat with about 3" cut out of the back to make it level with the fronts, I kinda like it better without armrests.

Re: Show some pic's of your interior

I like them better without armrests, but I think I might want a flip down rear seat like I have in my 91. But I cant use that one......

Re: Show some pic's of your interior

Your shoulder belts are what interest me. You're using that threaded hole for the upper attach point, right? I asked a question about that once and was pretty much roundly told not a good idea. I'd love to see pics of your seatbelt setup!

You are welcome, Tristan, I am very fortunate to have a near rust-free tub. Why, I don't know. Mom never had anywhere inside to park it so 2001 was the first shelter it ever had.

Hello Chris, I will send you a pm. Don't need a firestorm to start as I have read all that too. I probably have a death wish as the wife and I even drive our '55 with no belts at all--LOL!

For me it boils down to what I can afford which aint much. My wife blew 3rd and 4th gear out of her 1997 Dodge Caravan a couple years ago, and it wasn't worth the repair cost. It is now a parts donor to my trucks and still a driveable storage shed. Pretty redneck huh? All this interior stuff came out of it and I always liked the comfort of these seats anyway. I need the front seat armrests and will build some for the rear seat too.

I don't want a roll cage so I'm dealing with what I have.

Later---DAC
