Power Steering
I think it's time to get a new line and fittings. It's been this way forever but since I have the wheels off I may go ahead and swap it.

Re: Power Steering
I took the lines off and plan to have new ones made with correct fittings for the sector and pump.

Re: Power Steering
Crazy what you find when you start taking things apart Installed this pricey one...1 1/2 turns. Pretty sweet. Have some PS lines on order from PICKMUP.

Re: Power Steering
I hope to pick mine up today. I have the power steering cooler hooked up also. My dad gave it to me long ago. I don't remember if it was a option on our trucks are not but it was for a 70's caprice wagon we had. He never installed it.

Re: Power Steering
Here are some pictures of the coolier. I can't tell it does any good but I always figured it couldn't hurt.

Re: Power Steering
I cleaned it up and got the spindle ready for the new rotors. New bearings greased and seals ready to install.
Greased all the fittings also on the front end as well. Did the master cyclinder to why I was at it. Once I get the rotors back and get the drivers side installed I can turn the truck around and do the passenger side.

Re: Power Steering
Well I got the rotor's but not the power steering hoses. He didn't have all the fittings. Next week. I put the old stuff back on it so I can move the truck tomorrow to do the passenger side rotor.
