Is this a factory C30 1 Ton flatbed?

I recall the factory flatbeds had rounded corners like this? Is this one of them? Sheesh only $1200? Wish I had room for it.

It looks like the frame has been bobbed aft of the axle. Also looks like 18" wheels or bigger. The bed, I don't know. But it would not be likely if the frame has been cut.
