Gas in oil, car wont start.

Hey guys, so i noticed the truck was leaking alot , though it was tranny fluid , ended up being oil / gas . Took the dipstick out smelled it and sure enough gas.

We just replaced the fuel pump, though maybe it was broken or stuck open or something and replaced the oil / filter.

When the new oil / filter / fuel pump was put in it cranked fine for like 3-5 times/ trys.

Now it makes a hummimg noise, like if we had an electric fuel pump, it just cranks over. It has a fully charged battery, do you guys think the cam lobe might be a problem ?

What part of the engine was it leaking from?

Don't go off on the cam lobe tangent. Even if you flattened several of them, the truck would still run.

Is the carb allowing too much fuel into the engine?
