*Price Reduction* 1971-72 Cab for sale
I have a 71-72 cab that I won't be using for a project as I originally planned - so I need to make some space and will sell it.
*Price Reduction - Now $320* It comes as you see in the pictures, included are the doors, windshield, back glass, door glass. More Photos in next post Last edited by Clatterville trolley; 03-03-2014 at 10:59 PM. Reason: Price reduction added to title |

The cab corners need replacement, the floor has some rust - hope you can see in photos, sills and rockers need to be replaced also. Doors are usable for internal parts and maybe with work used on cab? This cab has a clear title to it if that makes any difference? More photos and info in next post |

Re: 1971-72 Cab for sale
Time for a Saturday bump so that all the folks on here looking for a replacement cab can fight over this one. Reasonable offers could even work in a pinch.

Re: 1971-72 Cab for sale
Thanks for the request but I wasn't planning on cutting it up / parting it out. Really think that it is more restorable than that, but maybe I'm overestimating the condition??
Check with some of the folks on here that part out trucks all the time to find that - I purchased one myself just a month ago for another project. Jay |

Re: 1971-72 Cab for sale
I'm very sorry, I mis-understood your request. Yes, the roof and windshield area is OK - it is usable with repair on rocker, corners, floors etc. I can take more pictures for you if you would like to see those areas closer. Please let me know. Thanks, Jay

Sure, I would help with shipping if compensated - what way would you want to ship it? If you let me know I can check into what the requirements are and how it would have to be prepared for shipment. Let me know. Jay |

Re: 1971-72 Cab for sale
Hi! I might be interested in the cab. I live in Warrensburg, Mo.
I know you have posted a ton of pics; but could you post a couple Of the underside of the toe boards/cowl panel that meets the floor And the underside of the rocker/floor panel areas? Thanks! Ben Smith 816-956-1202 |

Ben - Thanks for your interest! First off "71chevyc10hvycvy" has been asking questions about shipping to New York and for more pictures of the headliner / windshield posts, but hasn't said the magic words yet - "I'll take it" and no money has changed hands. Just so you are aware of what has transpired so far. Now, I have some photos to add today, but they aren't of the areas you asked about. I will be at my daughter's house (where it is stored) this Thursday and will be glad to take some more. I have it sitting on a wooden frame work with wheels that you can use to load it up with to make things a little easier. |

Re: 1971-72 Cab for sale
Jay,
let me know when you have a firm answer on this, I know that LTL freight can be expensive, especially when it exceeds their linear requirements. I live about 90 miles from Columbia, and I can borrow a truck and trailer from a friend at work to pick it up..... Thanks! Ben |

Ben - My schedule changed unexpectedly today so I will be able to get photos you requested a little later today and post tonight. What I meant in my earlier answer post about the other member from New York asking questions about the cab and shipping was that he had only asked questions and never stated that he would take it and made arrangements to pay. So, I consider it up for grabs for who ever says 'I'll take it' first and makes payment. Let me know if you want to purchase it when you see the next round of pictures tonight or before if that works. Thanks again, Jay |
